About
A course designed to introduce and equip the Church in the Harp and Bowls model, understanding the inseparable union between worship and intercession according to the pattern revealed in Scripture. This course doesn’t just explain a concept—it lays solid biblical foundations to understand why worship is not an isolated act of music and why intercession is not simply a list of requests. We explore the heavenly pattern revealed in Revelation 5 and 8, where harps and bowls appear together, showing that praise and prayer form a single spiritual dynamic. Throughout the course, we teach: What the Harp and Bowls model is and how it develops from the Tabernacle of David to the final revelation. Why the Church must sing Scripture—not just songs inspired by human ideas, but the Word itself set to melody. Why we sing, the theological purpose of music in worship, and how singing transforms biblical truth into proclamation, spiritual warfare, and doctrinal formation. How biblical worship strengthens intercession, and how intercession fuels worship. How to establish practical times where musicians and intercessors function as one team. We also confront modern ideas that have reduced worship to an emotional experience or prayer to a private practice without a corporate dimension. This course challenges those reductions and calls for recovering a model where the Church sings, prays, and proclaims the Word in a continuous, intentional, and Christ-centered way. It’s not just a music course. It’s not just a prayer training. It’s a formation for rebuilding the spiritual culture of the local church.
